Construction Firm Awarded for Health and Safety

A construction firm was given a health and safety award. Normally, there is a lot of talk about companies breaching health and safety regulations.  The discussions talk about the importance of following health and safety at work. Today it is a pleasure to mention a construction firm in Hartlepool that was able to win their seventh award for safety and health at work.  They have received these awards in succession.  It demonstrates that companies can effectively monitor work related issues and examine any warning signs that may exist.

Gus Robinson Developments was given the gold medal by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents.  Michelle Boylan of the HSE provided the award and gave a statement.  Boylan said the company has offered high standards and deserves to be recognised for the hard work all employees have completed towards maintaining a safe place to work.  She emphasised to the company that it is very possible for them to obtain ten awards in succession as long as they keep up with the good work.

Another firm also won an award for safety and health at the workplace.  Kenton Group is also a leader in safety and health for their employees.  Additionally, Safe Contractor was recognised for exceptional safety and health practises.  All three companies make it known that with the right enforcement and attention, the workplace can remain a safe and comfortable place to work for all.  It just takes implementation.
